I didn't really have much to say today so I posted the word below as a word of the day. Tantamount. Interesting word.

Life has been exceptionally busy lately. Mostly my own doing, I'm sure but it tires me out nevertheless. All this studying of Japanese, eating out at restaurants, trying to be creative and planning a garage sale this weekend is making just feel really tired. And to boot, I have volunteered my services to help out at this year's Victoria Dragon Boat Festival. It appears that I won't have a spare moment for myself this coming weekend. So if you are out there on the weekend, have fun.

If you don't want to participate in that event, you can come to the garage sale located at 232 St. Andrew's Street in James Bay this coming Sunday between 9 am and 4 pm. We'd love for you to take some of this stuff off our hands. We really don't need it anymore and it's all perfectly usable.

So, if you don't hear from me in a couple of days, you'll know that I am just overextending myself and will probably be insane by the time Monday rolls around again.

Have a great weekend everyone. And a special weekend to David, Olivia, Robert, Radmilla, Hildur, Pete and Bill the bus driver. I know that many of you have been reading and I appreciate it. Also, a big hello to Jazz's brother. I have been spending some time looking at your photos and they are great!

And, if you have a chance, try to use the word tantamount in a sentence at least once.
